Specific visits with Dr. Fischer were due to biking accidents, a dog bite (Pit Bull Terrier) and even malignancies - one of which was in my outer ear. These all involved skin grafting using pig skin, fish skin and source (my body) skin. Some areas were as large and 2' by 3', all healed properly with NO residual scar tissue!One involved MOH surgery by a dermatologist MOH surgeon follow up by skin grafting by Dr. Fischer, an 'hole' area as large as an American Quarter (very large for even MOH surgery!)My outer ear malignancy was handled soley by Dr. Fischer given a biopsy showing malignancy. Dr. Fischer prescribed Fluorouracil 5% Topical Cream which treated the malignant area eliminating the entire malignancy. Again, it was done with no evidence of scar tissue - a perfect healthy ear.

Dr. Fisher is a great doctor he is very thorough and patient, he repaired my lower eyelids without a scalpel, my eyelids look beautiful and youngI'm very pleased with the results. Also his staff is very friendly especially Hanna she is very helpful and caring , I highly recommend it!EVA

My daughter had lipoma on her face which got inflamed. We were able to schedule appointment with Dr. Fischer the next day, while many others could only accept in a week or two. Dr. Fischer applied treatment and we had a surgery to remove lipoma in a few weeks. Everything went very well and my daughter is beautiful, happy and confident again! Dr. Fischer is an awesome professional and real artist in his occupation, I regret not getting the surgery of breast augmentation and lift done earlier, perhaps I would spare myself a few years of having complexes. My husband and I had our moles removed with a freezing spray, and we're very happy with the effect. The receptionist lady is always very nice, open, and friendly with the customers. The nurse also took a very good care of me before and after the surgery. If I decide I want to get more plastic surgeries done in the future, I will visit this place again, no doubt. I had an awful rhinoplasty about 10 years ago which left my nose crocked in so many ways. I consulted with many surgeons and was declined surgery due to its complexity. When I consulted with Dr. Fischer, he agreed to operate with the assistance of Dr. Gargano. I was astonished that 2 amazing surgeons would be operating, this is very unusual. I had no doubts that the results would be amazing. I'm extremely pleased with the results. I'm so thankful to both of them, now I am able to breathe better and my nose looks amazingly shaped. On 8/10/19 I was using a table saw to trim some molding and unfortunately cut about 1/2 inch including some bone and the entire nail was pulled out. I went to St Joseph's Hospital emergency room in Wayne, they suggested I use a plastic surgeon and recommended Dr. Fischer. I had follow up visits to his office with his staff being very professional and competent. Dr. Fischer made my finger look like a thumb again. He even was able to save my nail bed and my nail has start to grow again. I would 100% recommend Dr. Fischer.

On 8-14-19 I had the misfortune of sticking my middle finger on my left hand into a bandsaw. I drove myself to St.Joesph’s in Wayne. In the emergency room they said a specialist was coming to take care of the wound because it cut through the bone. Dr. Fischer arrived asked me some questions and proceeded to work on my finger the entire time talking to me keeping my mind at ease. The Staff at the office are extremely nice and extremely professional. It’s been 7 1/2 weeks since the accident and I can hardly tell That I ever cut myself. Two left-hand fingers In mid January of 2019, I plunged my index and middle fingers into a running table saw blade.The ER doctor would not touch them, he said you need the best. So Dr. Robert S. Fischer was called. They set up my ER room as the operating room. When Dr. Fischer arrived he looked at my e-ray than he went to work creating his magic. I now have two fingers totally functional with feeling and unnoticeable scarring. I'll be it, one finger is 1/4" shorter do to me cutting the bone. The follow up with his staff, Hanna and Agotta was second to none. They are professional, sympathetic, courteous and accommodating. Five stars is no where near enough. It was a Blessing to have Dr. Fischer, this amazingly talented surgeon, enter into my life. I could never say enough

I injured my finger during a hockey game late at night. Dr. Fischer came to the emergency room and stitched it back together. He and his staff were excellent during the recovery process and my finger is good as new.
