No respect for our time
I was an initial patient. Appointment at 10:15am. At 11am I still hadn’t been called. Another patient there told us he had been waiting over two hours. The staff only shrugged. We left. Please have respect for other people’s time. I’m sorry to have to share this unfortunate experience but hope this saves someone else from wasting their time waiting with no end in sight.

Both my husband and I went to Dr. Fegan for cataract surgery. We recommend him highly. He has a wonderful demeanor and takes the time to answer all your questions. He provides the pros and cons so you can make an informed decision.

My treatment by Dr. Fegan and his outstanding staff for cataracts was flawless. The improvement of my eyesight is astonishing. I without hesitation recommend his practice, Atlantic Eye, to anyone experiencing vision difficulty. Every step from scheduling, pre-op, surgery and aftercare was thorough, courteous and very professional. Thank you Dr. Fegan and thank you to the entire staff at Atlantic Eye.

Had cataract surgery and was pleased to have Dr. R Fegan perform the procedure. He was absolutely outstanding in the end result, explained everything before and after the surgery. I was also impressed by the entire staff both in Holmdel and Long Branch. Caring, efficient, friendly, professional and much more - all “keepers” who understand customer service. Thank you!

I’ve used this set of doctors for years. While the doctor was fine his staff is horrible and nasty. I recently saw one of the doctors and was told my problem needed to be seen by yet another doctor and they had no appointment for over a month. The front office staff and assistants couldn’t care less about patients. I had to listen to a nurse complain about how long she had t9 work after 8 waited almost two hours to see a doctor. The fact she’s getting paid escaped her. To top it off we moved and I asked for my records to be sent to my new doctor and was told it “would be at least 20 for this” bug bye

I can't say enough about Atlantic Eye Physicians. I just had a bilateral cataract surgery by Dr. Fegan and he is AMAZING! He is very kind and patient and made me feel at ease both during and after my surgeries. Everyone from the receptionist to the surgical team is absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend them. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I only wish I would have had this done sooner!

Dr Fegan is the ABSOLUTE best Dr I have ever been to. He spent so much time answering my questions and making me feel at ease regarding my eye health. His bed side manner is unlike any other Dr I have ever met. I have never felt so confident in any Dr the way I do with him. I recommrnd him to EVERYONE!!!!

I had cataract surgery done by Dr. Fegan. The whole experience with the entire team was great: from getting my eyes measured, to the surgery prep and recovery to follow-up visits. Dr. Fegan is very easy to talk to and was willing to spend as much time as I needed discussing lens type etc. Most importantly the surgery went well and I can see better than I've seen in years- even with corrective lenses.

I would like to take this time to acknowledge and say thank you to the surgical staff and doctors at Atlantic Eye Physicians who treated me with such compassion, understanding and kindness during my recent cataract eye surgeries on March 3rd and March 17th, 2016. A special thank you to nurses, June and Teri, whose patience was most reassuring and to Teri at the administrative desk all of whom made this patient feel like family.
