Disappointed in Service
I had an appointment for 10:15am on 8-22-24. When I went to check in,the receptionist said I was late. I looked at the clock and said it's only 10:18. She said yes it was and that she was doublebooked (not my fault) and I would have to re-schedule. I was shocked. 3 minutes late and I was sent away. I booked another appointment a month out but will be calling in to cancel. I would rather travel to Phoenix to a Podiatrist there rather than go to a doctor in Payson whose staff doesn't know a thing about how to treat a patient.

It's time to leave
As a very long established patient in Payson, I have always appreciated the staff and doctors here. For the first time ever I was 7 minutes late (I called in to let them know) when I arrived my appt was cancelled after waiting for several weeks to get in. I need treatment and care. I guess that's a sign I need to find a new doctor.

When I called to make an appointment and found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful along with a bit of a sense of humor, which is something that I enjoy. Now on to Dr Evens, Dr. Evens is one of the nicest Dr.s that I have had the privilege to deal with, I found him to be concerned with my problems. He took the time to explain things to me and made suggestions. He is patient, kind and a very personable doctor. Lynne Broshears Aug 24, 2021

After over ten years of pain, and not being able to find a podiatrist to help me due to my rheumatoid, I went to see Dr. Evans. He discussed options with me and addressed all my questions and concerns. I am 6 weeks post-op and am pain free. I can't believe I suffered so many years. I wish I would have seen him long ago. Dr. Evans and his staff are excellent and I am so thankful to each one of them.

I injured myself in the best possible place, Payson, AZ. Where Dr. Evans practices. Dr. Evans is very informative, kind, patient, personable doctor. It's evident Dr. Evans loves what he does and is very good at his job. I have never experienced a broken bone, it was quite scary, and so I had several questions. Dr. Evans never seemed bothered or annoyed by my many questions, he was quick to respond and was correct in every answer he gave me. I am lucky to have had him as my doctor during such a scary time. I highly recommend Dr. Evans, he is a very good person and an excellent doctor.
