I have no problem with Dr. Robert but his office staff are completely incompetent. They billed my insurance under the wrong member number. The insurance requested a refund of the payment. Dr. Eddington's office didn't inform me until 19 months later though I had been to the office once since the bill was incurred and then they finally send me a bill with "final notice" hand written at the bottom. I tried several times to talk to accounts receivables and never got to talk to her. The receptioni
