Sought out Dr Duerr as a surgeon who performs the MAKO robotic assisted knee replacement. Initial appointment and exam demonstrated that I chose the right doctor. Thorough systematic exam while listening to the description of my problem. Presented options for treatments and discussed risks and benefits of these options. Scheduled for partial knee replacement in a timely manner and step by step instructions were provided regarding what to expect up to the time of surgery, as well as week by week postoperatively. Both my wife and I cannot believe how smoothly I have recovered. As a retired medical professional I know excellence when I see it. Dr Duerr and his staff come with my highest recommendation. I pray to never need future surgery on my other knee but if I do, Dr Duerr will be doing it.
