Sad
I started with this doctor about 5-6 years ago. He moved offices 5 times while I stayed with him. I thought he really cared but my husband developed cancer and I had him in for treatment. I picked him up and I saw I was going to be 10 minutes late. I was over 20 minutes on my way when his office person said not to bother to come because he was way too busy. I explained that my husband had only a few weeks left. She told me that I could come back the following day at 9:30. It was a half an hour drive and I would be on a busy highway at rush hour. She didn’t care. Every time he changed offices he also changed fax numbers. The last time I needed insulin pump supplies I couldn’t get them for over a month because his office didn’t fax back my supply order. He asked to see my husband because of weight loss but his receptionist said. “No!” His explanation was that he trusted his office workers and that was the end. He told me that I needed to find a doctor closer to me. It really saddens me.

Dr. Dubin helped me discover my insulin resistance and fought with me to have my new insulin (Fiasp) covered by my insurance which was a six month battle. Since he has helped me get my blood glucose levels under control and is always positive, encouraging and up to date on the newest technology.

Dr. Dubin is one of the most caring, conscientious, competent doctors I've ever been to. He spends plenty of time with me, is a great listener, and explains things well. He asks enough questions that I feel he has "the big picture" of my overall health even though I see him for specialized issues. I find that very reassuring. He's very personable as well. I really appreciate him!

He seems too anxious to do Bariatric surgery if you are overweight. Why didn’t he explain that I could do the keto diet and eliminate all my diabetes medications? I also eliminated my cholesterol medication.

Dr. Dubin is one of the best doctors I've ever been to. Out of 9 doctors that I've seen for the same problem in the past 4 years, he is the first one who I feel understood and believed that my symptoms were not simply ordinary fatigue. He spent a lot of time with me. (I had a lot of details/history that he listened to), and he made great suggestions on how to proceed. He was very prompt with follow-up communications as well. I will be eternally grateful to him!

I was a patient of Dr. Dubin's when he was an internist in Venice, FL. He continued with his education in his specified field of endocrinology and now I am fortunate enough to be able to continue with him as a patient since I have a problem with hypothyroidism. I have never felt 'well' when I wasn't his patient as I found no other MD who seemed to really care how I felt, and he surely does. He is totally emphatic and understanding, knowledgeable and just plain kind. Wonderful MD !!!

I have had many doctors over the years but Dr. Dubin must be my very favorite. Not only is he knowledgeable and caring but he makes your office visit a memorable one and I left the office feeling upbeat and appreciated as a patient. Anyone who is lucky enough to be his patient will appreciate this doctor. I highly recommend him

It was my first visit with Dr Dubin. I needed an endocrinologist for my diabetes. I found Dr Durbin to be very knowledgeable on this particular field. He had a full waiting room but treated me as if I was the only patient he was seeing that morning. He patiently listened to my questions and answered them precisely. He made sure I understood everything that he was about to do throughout the examination. He asked me questions I had not considered or knew about.

He scheduled an apointment and then whrn ee came in they said 1 min late anf they cancel (they were to desired) the doc was very nice however his status was horrible(the front desk specifically) when asked multiple times about drug interactions he said no problem and gave the the drug! I inquired because when I read the brochure it was very concerning- when I called asking for a nurse to addresses then I was told no and they were to busy- then I got a call from the doc saying don't call b
