Dr. Robert Donnelly, MD

I had an arthroscopy on Thursday July 18. I never heard from anyone at this office, is everything ok? I have no idea what he did in my knee. I was told nothing except my appointment is August 3rd. I think this is terrible customer service for that office. I had better service after something simpler. I think it’s terrible and I asked for a change in my pain medication on Friday morning was told they sent a message to the doctor I heard nothing.

Dr. Donnelly is a very quiet man but make no mistake he is the best. I'd recommend him 100%

My experience with Dr. Donnelly was terrible. In June 2023 he replaced a disc in my neck. Within 2 months, I had to use a cane to walk. I also had various painful sensations in my body. By December, I needed a walker to walk and my arms and legs were getting very weak. Early March, 2024, I went to a spine specialist to see if anything could be done. At this point I was very weak and could barely walk. The doctor did some x-rays and did an MRI and discovered that the disc put in by Dr. Donnelly was pressing into my spinal column in my neck.He did another neck surgery on me and removed the disc , straightened out my spine and addressed a few other issues caused by the disc that Dr. Donnelly put in my neck. I am now doing PT twice a week hoping to at least get back to walking with a cane. Please do not let Dr. Donnelly do this to you.

Had knee surgery yesterday. No bleeding NO PAIN!!! This man knows what he's doing and I recommend him to everyone. It is such a blessing to have a doctor you can trust. He did my right knee partial 15 years ago and I've never had a problem with it.

Had knee miniscus removed with easy recovery. Don't even feel shots in the knee.

Excellent surgeon in Orthopedics EVER! Kind, knowledgable surgeon I've ever met in my 35 years of being an RN. Dr. Donnelly performed sugery on my Mom who is high risk & had a previous complicated hip surgery that she fractured again that no other surgeon could have fixed pulled her through. She was walking around doing excellent but sadly she fell again 6 months later fractured her other hip and pulled her through surgery again when probably no other surgeon would have touched her for surgery. By the way she Mom is 85 years old and around 67 lbs. Also, Dr. Donnelly fixed my knee when I already went to another Ortho dr without any less pain or resolution after injections and medication. New office. Staff very, very, nice, and considerate.

If I could give a zero rating, I would do it. I met with Dr. Donnelly on Jan. 14, 2020 to have my annual appt. of taking x-rays of both knees then talking to the doctor. I had noticed the last couple of years the emphasis of this doctor more focused on the money rather than the patient. I just received my medicare statement showing what Dr. Donnelly charged Medicare for the following: regular x-rays of both knees totaled $732.00 and a five minute visit with the doctor totaled $1090.00 or a total of $1,822.00. Fortunately Medicare did not pay much of these obscene charges but it indicates where this doctor's focus is. On top of this, I had to wait at least 30 minutes past my appt. time of 8:45am and office staff also were not staffed adequately to handle patients efficiently. I have now cancelled my 2021 appt. and will not return to this practice. Be warned and to the buyer beware. I care about the quality of care at a fair price but this is not happening at this doctor's office

I went as a new patient today for knee pain in both knees. The staff was friendly and informative. Had X-rays by a pleasant staff member. I was seen by Sean the PA. And he did cortisone injections, I was extremely happy with Sean and he asked questions, and answered mine, he was informative and gentle during injections. office was clean , the landscape need some TLC .

I have been treating with Dr Donnelly for the past month. All of his staff were very helpful , kind and considerate. Since the very first day of treatment my lower back pain has decreased dramatically and the ongoing recommended therapy seams to be working. HATS OFF to a very fine caring doctor. Bob Corsey

Wonderful doctor and overall practice. I feel as though Dr Donnelly is at the top of the game.

Covered an existing bone graft that had never held. Within 8 months had to have everything completely redone. Hardware that he installed with loose with three screws loose and backing out. Had to have his work taken out the bone graft that was never healed that he covered up with his Hardware. Had to have everything completely redone with a new bone graft from the right hip all new hardware everything is great now. I would highly recommend dr. Iona's pappu if you have any of this surgery needed.

I had an extensive neck fusion (anterior and posterior) several years ago and went back to work full time within 3 months. I am so grateful to Dr. Donnelly for giving me back a life with quality.
