Truly terrible. He prescribed me a nasal spray that caused me to vomit 6 times in a row. I asked him for something better than nasal spray. He said this spray was oh, so special. The appt was rushed, his empathy was forced and limited. He had his nurse call me and say the vomiting wasn't due to the spray. Of course it was. I sprayed 3 times in the left nostril and 2 in the right and then a flood of yucky stuff slid down my throat causing me to vomit immediately and continously. Now I'm learning he gave me a gyno referral when it should have been an ear refferal. I don't like Dr DeDio, and I don't like his incompetent staff.

Irresponsible and unaccountable
Dr DeDio prescribing nasal spray. He completely disregarded the fact that I told him spray makes me vomit. I tried the nasal spray and vomited about six times along with some other unfortunate symptoms. His nurse called me back and told me the nasal spray didn't make me vomit. Clearly it did and she and the doctor were gaslighting me. I don't trust this man!

Went to see Dr. Dedio for a sinus issue. Came away with information for a septoplasty, which I already knew I had a deviated septum. I was charged $420 for a nasal endoscopy and $290 for a laryngoscopy neither of which he did (trust me if somebody put an endoscope through my sinuses I would know). He actually put the scopes maybe 1/2" into my nose at best. The whole office visit was not even 10 minutes and I was charged $1,160. It would not be so upsetting if he had actually did what he had billed for. I cannot say if he is a good doctor as I will never go back to see him.

Dr, Dedio is a wonderful doctor. His staff is terrible. They refused to schedule a sick visit for my child over $7 balance!! I am appalled by their lack of care and over $7 no less. I am sure Dr. Dedio is unaware of how ridiculous his staff is. They would rather turn a sick child away than treat her is horrendous.

I recently saw Dr. Dedio for a throat problem and was extremely dissatisfied with the interaction. He never full examined me, instead option for a 5-min nasal endoscopy that was billed at $450. At the end of the appointment, I had no better understanding of my problem compared to before the appointment. I was prescribed a nasal spray that cost several hundred dollars in the "hope" that it will alleviate the problem. I will not return.

Dr. DeDio is a wonderful doctor, he has been treating me for several years now. He's caring, understanding, and listens to every problem I am having. I will never change doctors. He always runs on time and does his best to get me a medication I can afford since my prescription plan does not cover everything. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Didn't introduce himself when visited husband in hospital. Did NOT examine him even when his PA saw my husband had a paralyzed vocal cord in office, PA recommend husband to be admitted to LVHN under their care. No one, including his PA , noticed husbands right tongue, palate paralyzed and no gag reflex on right side. After discharge from hospital we immediately changed ENT Dr. The new Dr discovered several cranial nerves involved with paralyzed VC. New Dr very active in case.
