Dr. Robert Cullen Jr, MD

If I could give no stars I would. My son has been coming to this Dr. Since has 2 (he’s 13 now). Lately appointments are always an issue, they rescheduled my appointment at the last minute and then messed up the time they gave it to me for. I always make morning appointments since it’s over an hour drive for me, I arrived 25 minutes before my appointment time to tell me my appointment was moved to the afternoon, which is impossible since I have to pickup my daughter from school. Instead of being apologetic and accommodating they refused to see my son and Dr. Cullen didn’t even have the courtesy to speak to me when I asked to speak with him. Worst experience I’ve ever had from a Dr. Took my sons records and already found a new neurologist.

The WORST staff. They did not provide any direction. Their phone was off the hook all day. Once I finally arrived with my child after searching for the office for 2 hours, they turned me away. No explanation as to why their phones did not work. Zero compassion for a mother with her 2 year old.

Dr. Cullen him self is an excellent Dr. I would have never left his office if it had not been for his SUPER RUDE office employee Marian who told me to pick up my children's records and find a new neurologist because they didn't want to work with me to reschedule an appointment which they cancelled on the morning of because the Dr. had an emergency. She's rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful! I hope Dr. Cullen finds better assistants because like me who knows how many others she has pushed out

I see Dr Cullen for over 15 years, when he wasn't taking my kids insurance I went to other different neurologists and I end up paying out of my pocket because I couldn't find another Dr like him. His physicals & the way he test his pts is the old fashion way that you don't see anymore. He takes his time and really gets involved in your kids life & school, write letters to teachers & principals, his main concern is the patient. My oldest son is 20 & he still goes to him every once in a while.

It's was horrible because his staf Marian Garcia would not let the patien parent Speach with the Doctor we made an appoinment 3 week before the date 4 o'clock and went we got there she told us that the appoinment was a 2 o'clock so the doctor woulnot see us when we told her she had a bat actitude and went we where living she slam the door at us, in addition she never respond the email and the phone , we left her a messages asking for direction she never call back .
