Let Down at My Sickest
I was a patient for over a decade, but I lost faith in Dr. Crowder and his practice. The quality of care has slipped, as has the efficiency of the office. Response times are low and staff don't follow up as promised. Additionally, my chart is missing vitals from several visits and bloodwork from six months ago was never reviewed.

Highly recommend
My husband has seen Dr. Crowder twice a year and more for over 5 years. He is always patient and provides information and answers questions. We never feel rushed. I honestly think if we had found him sooner, my husband wouldn't have lost his sight. Staff is nice! We get results quickly. Phone calls have been returned promptly. Drug refills have been taken care of on the same day requested. Highly recommend!

Every warning sign my sister had was ignored, which landed her in the hospital with a failing heart and lungs. Every symptom was met with the suggestion of losing weight. I blame him for not listening to her.

I referred my fiancé to Heritage Medical because I have had great experiences with the company as a whole but Dr. Crowders office is THE worst office I have seen when it comes to test results and follow up! My fiancé has had to call every day for 2 weeks to speak to someone about lab results. Then when someone FINALLY calls you back, they let you know that your results, WHICH WERE DRAWN A MONTH AGO, haven’t been reviewed yet. They said that “they will put a request in”, but it has been a month..

I said that he was an excellent doctor, takes time to listen about my symptoms, writes down items. Treats me professionally, cares about his patients. Treats my systems to make me feel better, does a great job.

Dr Crowder is fantastic. I am a patient of Dr Crowder and also work as a physician at another hospital. Dr Crowder is extraordinarily well-informed, efficient and thorough. His medical knowledge on preventive care and internal medicine topics far exceeds my own. He clearly cares deeply about his patients.
