Dr. Robert Contrucci, DO

I have used Dr Contrucci twice in the past, but haven't visited in 6 years. My hearing is getting worse, so I made an appointment. I was clear over the phone that the appointment needed to be both a hearing test and seeing the doctor. I also asked them to confirm my insurance before the appointment. I was out of town for 3 days, and during that time I received three messages from them with a third one telling me that they are canceling my appointment because I didn't respond. My wife called and they scheduled the appointment again. When I arrived, they told me that my insurance does cover the appointment, but some services may be subject to deductible. I paid the $40 copay and they assured me that no services that are subject to deductible would be done without telling me first. The doctor was with me for 5 minutes, one minute looking in my ears, 10 seconds looking in my nose, and the rest of the time talking to me about the problem. He informed me that they did not make the appointmen

Dr. Contrucci is always knowledgable, helpful and courteous. We always recommend him to anyone who needs a good ENT.

Too rough , hurts me every time but he’s the best, best side manner is very alooof, I never knew having my ears cleaned out wasn’t supposed to be so painful until I went elsewhere

I visited Dr. Contrucci after experiencing oversensitivity in my right ear. Even though we are in the middle of a pandemic, Dr. Contrucci was very polite, took his time with me and was very knowledgeable. He asked me questions and listened attentively. He checked both of my ears, did a hearing test and then after reviewing the results, sat down with me again and very clearly explained the results. It turns out I have the hearing of a teenage girl!!! I highly recommend Dr. Contrucci to anyone who is experiencing problems with their ears. Thank you Dr. Contrucci.

I being suffering from painful ear infections and very severe sinus, i being seeing other before without any improvement. Thanks God i fund Dr. Robert Contrucci, his the best!!! Hi also have amazing staff??
