He had treated many of my family members and was able to piece together what was going on with me.

I have been seeing Dr. Carney for about a decade. He always listens to me and responds with top drawer medicine, real life wisdom and true care. He’s the best Doctor I’ve ever had. My only regret is that I didn’t meet him sooner in my life.

Dr. Carney is such a blessing to the patients he serves. I never feel rushed when visiting with him and I always leave with a clear picture of where I am and our plan for going forward. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure I have what I need. I couldn't ask for a better doctor as I know I already have the best!

Dr. Carney is a doctor that will sit with his patient and go over the patient's problems one on one.I had heard of his experience in his specialty as a cardiologist and was very pleased with my visit with him. I will recommend him to anyone that is in need of treatment for a heart condition.

Dr. Carney took the time to look at my previous labs. He acknowledged my highs and how they might make me feel. Validation. Sometimes that's the best medicine. Communication with his nurse is also top-notch.

Dr. Carney listens and formulated a personalized treat plan for me individually. It was refreshing to experience a non-corporate driven healthcare experience. I value his knowledge to manage my care.

My son recently received a replacement Internal Cardiac Defibrillator after Dr. Carney and his staff discovered a defect in the one that was inserted by the VA in New Orleans. My son was experiencing an occasional change in his pulse rate that he felt was related to the ICD. I contacted Dr Carney and he and his staff immediately arranged for a visit with a device check and a Transthoracic Echo of the heart. Dr. Carney has been and continues to be so supportive of my son. He knows and understands my son's history and he is always open, honest and supportive of my son. We are so thankful that a friend who is a nurse in Tyler recommended Dr. Carney to us.

He has gotten my blood pressure down and I am feeling so much better. He really cares for his patients and getting them healthy

Dr Carney is a no nonsense practitioner that asks questions, listens and with his vast experience can see through the forest directly to a treatment plan individualized for you. Some may not care for his bedside manner because he is a straight shooter, but I love him just like he is and you will love the results he can get for you too!!

Dr. Carney is an excellent cardiologist . He spends time explaining medications and their affect on my body taking into account not only my heart but kidneys as well. I trust him completely.

Dr Carney was so thorough in reviewing pre-op test results and giving understandable information about the heart. Thankfully Dr Carney informed us that my husband’s heart was fine and dispelled our fears of a serious condition.
