My 34 year old daughter died in Dr. Butler's "care". He repaired her meniscus, but although she was obese, no one warned her of embolisms, nor was she given compression stockings One paragraph of explanation was at the bottom of page 7 of a 10 page handout. When we arrived for a recheck, she asked him about medical marijuana, as the pain meds were making her sick. He answered in the negative and left the room quickly, without touching her. She died 8 days after surgery.

Dr Butler and his staff were great. Down to earth and knowledgeable. Everything went as planned and expected. Highly recommend. Surgery went as expected and described. No surprises. Dr Butler, his staff and the hospital staff were great.

I did a survey earlier, when I was showned the results that's not what I have the problem, it's with the billing department and these questions make it seem like all staff in friendly and courteous, most are but not that lady at the desk with the bank bag, I still feel like she charged me twice for one x-ray, but I have yet to talk to that lady, when I call she will not answer and when I leave a message she will not call me back. Just awful...... everything else was fine.

My daughter has broken her arm twice. Both times we used Dr. Butler and had a great experience. He was very caring and took time to answer any questions that we had. We walked in without an appointment and he saw us very quickly. Both times were very bad breaks and required surgery. he sent us to the hospital and arrived within an hour of us both times. His staff were all very nice and accommodating both times. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
