I thought that he would be a great doctor because he is very nice and seemed to genuinely listen to me during our appointments, but I was wrong. The communication in his office is terrible. He would tell me one thing during my appointment and when I would call back to find out why my medication wasn't called in or why a referral wasn't sent, the nurses seem to always have a different interpretation of what the doc said. I'd go and leave from my appointment feeling hopeful and get home feeling lied to. I'm not sure how he is out of the office, but as a doctor, from my experience, I did not feel like he genuinely wanted to help me. I hope that will change for patients in the future.

Strongly discourage this doctor and practice
Highly dissatisfied. He continually disregarded my concerns and would not refer my child to a specialist. Because of that my child was in pain for weeks longer than necessary while we switched doctors, got a referral, and completed a full colonoscopy in order to diagnose her. It took his office over 72 hours to read “emergent” X-rays. Communication was terrible between him, his staff, and the patients. I strongly advise avoiding him and this practice.
