Initially started out with thinking concern and patient well being was top priority for my family member. Then after refusing a life altering surgery by stating that we’d like to wait and see if medication worked things changed. He went from pleasant to abrupt, and rude. I was not able to get calls back, staff became rude too. Even had 2 of his CNAs mock our loved one for asking for help. Didn’t even get official diagnosis till day of discharge. Our primary care doctor was very concerned with care and treatment that was provided.

My medical condition is deep vein thrombosis (multiple) and Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI). IMO Dr. Brooks has very good knowledge and experience in dealing the initial and post treatment complications. Receptive to alternatives to deal with CVI pain which most other Dr.'s have dismissed and treated me as un-knowledgeable. Staff was efficient and pleasant even as dealt with issues of moving to new facility and system (causing abnormal wait time...which I suspect will improve as settle in).

I initially had a fine experience seeing Dr Brooks about some fairly serious varicose veins, but that was August 22. It is now November 1 and his office has still not been able / willing to schedule me for the actual procedure! His receptionist was rude and condescending and suggested that they had more important cases to work on.
