Aclaro, el doctor es excelente. Espera = desastre
El doctor es un profesional en todo el sentido de la palabra. La espera es un desastre, te dejan esperando por cuatro o mas horas. No tiemen suficiente espacio en su diminuta sala. Una lastima, tan buen doctor.

Lack of empathy
This review is only for information matters. For the Doctor, so he can know how bad service his Secretary offers to his patients. My Father is a patient and had a surgery a couple years back. But this passed weekend he fell, and we had an emergency and she refused to give us an appointment or consultation asking us for him to wait till august (we are on April). So now my Father can loose his sight or his eye because of this. And She refused to help, or let us talk to the doctor. This is very unfortunate.

Lack of empathy and care to senior patients. My mom is 85yrs, need to have a walker to move around and EVERYTIME she has an appointment they leave her standing for more than an hour. No consideration of her health and weakness. They schedule appointment for specific time but its not true. Already called and placed a grievance to PR Department for Elderly.
