Waited in X-ray way too long. Come to find out they got names mixed up. They kept calling out Lee. They got X-rays mixed up. Glad I wasn’t being operated on.Somebody needs to look into this and take action. I would like a update on this.

Superlative doctor.
Nothing in particular stands out. He has treated me for numerous hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow problems for approximately 20 years. The most recent problem was an arthritic finger which required surgery. Came through with flying colors. His staff is also outstanding.

Left wrist fx requiring surgery
I had my initial appt with Dr. Blackwell Friday for a fractured wrist that had been reduced in the ER. Surgery is needed, which is always scary, but Dr. Blackwell took his time explaining what he would be doing and even drew it out to make it easier for me to understand. I’m nervous about my upcoming surgery tomorrow, but the confidence I have in my doctor has lessened my concerns. Highly recommend!!

Provider Of Excellence (POE)
I hold Dr Blackwell in high esteem, he has treated my granny, my mother and now myself . Besides being a POE, he is our multigenerational hand surgeon. His assistant, Ms. Trish W. is experienced, pleasant and diligent. His current Nurse Practitioner was very helpful.

Great advise
Dr. Blackwell was very detailed on his explanation of my injury. Showed me the X-ray and made sure that I understood how to protect my hand to make sure it completely healed while giving me the mobility I needed to function.
