Great patient treatment! Brilliant end expert physician ,wonderful offices and perssonel.

I was a Flight Attendant w a major carrier who was Blessed to have a colleague of Dr Bastian's notice that I was struggling to speak in the plane. He Referred me to Bastian. I made an Appt through Olga-his then secretary. We Scheduled for immediate surgery which was 3 months out. My flight attendant job was on the line. I flew from MIA to ORD for the Surgery, at which time there was a massive snowstorm in Chicago which impacted the other patient's attendance. I was the only one who showed for surgery. My friend gave me a ride to Loyola Uni and waited w me as I was afraid to be alone not being able to talk. Dr Bastian said he had some pro's who wanted to "observe surgery." I agreed to them Observing; was even more relieved I was not alone. Took about 30 days of silence till I started squeaking out sound. Considering prior I was told we really didn't know how the surgery would impact me, that I may never talk again, I was/am Grateful for a Full Recovery. Highly Recommend Dr Bastian

Very empathetic and knowledgeable.

For the first time in six years, I have a diagonsis! And a path to relief of this crazy cough. I had to fly half way across the country, but well worth it. I recommend that anyone with an enexplained cough, do yourself, friends, family and co-workers a favor and see Dr. Bastian.

I am a newer patient here and I can tell you nowhere have I been treated better. From the front office staff to the PAs to Dr Bastian himself everyone treats me like I am the only patient.

I haven’t had a voice in almost 3 months. Doctor Bastian scooped me and immediately saw that it was a functionality problem, even said that I would be walking out with some voice SAME DAY! I cried when I heard my voice again! Doc said that it will more than likely be up and talking again in NO time at all, and would be totally cured by next appointment. I’m so excited right now I cant even describe it!

Dr. Bastian and his staff are fabulous. His exceptional knowledge and unsurpassed skills are incredible. His “bedside” manner is superbly comforting and reassuring! I am so grateful for his talent that corrected both chronic and acute conditions that no other physician diagnosed or treated correctly. He is a blessing!

I have seen Dr. Bastian for over ten years. Twice I have had to go to other doctors for various reasons (once was out of state), and both times the new doctor said, “Robert Bastian? Why are you here? You should go back to see him.” The office and staff are routinely wonderful, the office and it’s location is beautiful. No better option.
