horrible all around
Dr balch has an awful disposition & his 'staff' are even worse!! making me take injections that had NOTHING to do with WHERE my pain(s) were! he constantly runs behind, but if a patient does, they lose their appt! AND he has yet to RELEASE to ME, My medical records, including his notes! when I've shown up AT the office, am told I will have to come back to retrieve..when I've called to make sure they are ready, NO ONE answers my calls, nor do they respond to VoicemailS!! & therz no way to email anyone either!! if you can find or see a diff doc, do it! he's not worth the paper his 'degrees' are printed on!

Saw him for about 5 yrs. Started out good with conversations about how I was coping with my problems and such. Then he began acting as if he didn't know mne. Could not get a call returned. Linda was very rude and, as it turned out, lying to the Dr about my calling them. Then someone in the office began messing with my UAs causing me to fail them. I really think they exchanged my UAs for a friend's bad one. The last one I took I had Patty in with me to prove I did nothing wrong. When the Dr finally called weeks later he had no record of this but said I failed. I told him I would not be back. The next week I got a call from the office wanting to set up an appt. I asked the girl if she or the Dr were nuts. They lied about me, messed with my UAs and the Dr tried to give me an RX for medicine I was allergic to. Lord only knows what they would try to do next! Instead I will tell all about the nightmare I lived in for a month to keep this from happening to them. Meanwhile I hurt like hell!

Ignored, dismissed, disrespected... Disabled! I’ve 5 specialists working together to help me now. They’ve all asked me the same question. Why did my worsening, medically urgent symptoms and steady health decline go overlooked/without intervention for over a year? I gave the only answer I had... I trusted Dr Balch to take good care of me.

Dr. Robert Balch is always very cordial & respectful. He takes time to answer all my questions about back & neck pain. I am also getting Synvisc injections for arthritis of both knees. I have never had a problem with my Meds being filled as he prescribed. He does periodic urine screens for unprescribed drugs which is fine. The wait time is always minimal . Donna is the best staff member that assist him with knee injections. She is very courteous & patient. I plan on using this Doctor forever.

I have called on numerous occasions it will be coming on one week as of now. I've been dealing with the so-called office manager named Linda who has been completely avoiding me I call at least once to twice a day to follow up to see what they have found out on my behalf. when I go see the doctor I spend more time in the lobby and more time in the exam room than I do with the doctor it's only a good 3 to 4 minutes if that much with the doctor. last visit I had was a good 50 minutes waiting

I just got stem cell injection procedure done from him at his office in Ft. Worth. His whole staff is terrific, his office is very busy, but they don't keep you waiting long at all. They're all very nice and very professional!

The doctors are great but I have never experienced a more unprofessional handling by the front office staff. Debbie was obnoxiously rude and insisted the appointment card that they filled out was wrong. "We didn't do this." Despite the difference in time being 15 minutes they refused to see me and shut the window in my face as the ultimate dismissal. The doctors may be great but they will lose business if this is the best that can be done. I will not return and will advise others

Both physicians are amazing, but the Fort Worth staff is horrible. It seems that the staff never communcates with one another. It is very difficult to get anything accomplished. I have waiting for over an hour in the room, just because the staff didn't tell the dr I was there. Dr Balch was very apologetic but it threw off my entire day. I have worked in a Drs office before and although it can be difficult IT IS POSSIBLE to take care of the patients and the physicians. Much improvement needed!

Over 1 hour wait. Office too small and not enough chairs to hold people there for pain management. People actually stand outside or along the few open spots on the wall to wait. He's very rude and rushed. I asked questions and he ignored them. He was very judgmental and cocky with his comments and in a huge hurry to move to next patient. You're lucky if you get 3-4 minutes with him. He counts your medicine without gloves which is unsanitary. Not compassionate or timely. Changing to a new doctor!
