Imagine growing up in hospitals w parents as RNs, wkg in trauma myself, the level of angst and dread of back surgery to go 20 years before I would even consider the CONVERSATION of having it myself. For me to acquiesce and see Dr Hruska meant I had no quality of life. From 23 to 46, I lived in pain. The day of my TLIF, I hobbled in, barely. A few hours later, I stood up for the first time since 2001, and didn't feel anything but normal incisional pain. Almost 3.5 months out, any ache or discomfort is a THOUSANDTH of the excruciating pain I had grown to accept. Dr Hruska and Dr Olsen have quite literally given me my life back. I urge anyone who's going through that to be seen, give it a shot. They are outstanding, the entire staff goes above and beyond to listen, understand, and prepare a treatment plan for YOU. Not often I can say that about healthcare these days. Im not prone to platitudes, or compliments in general if I'm honest, they're just amazing.
