Wonderful experience
Dr. Rastogi is extremely professional. She took the time to listen to all my concerns. She was very accommodating and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I highly recommended Dr. Rastogi.

My daughter is being treated by Dr. Ritu Rastogi at Churchman Village. She has only seen her once yet she's prescribing meds which are not helping her. She has not notified her nor I don't believe she has read her chart. The medication she's prescribe for the last 2 months isn't working. Rastogi is not willing to take the time and see her or refer her to a specialist to treat the problem. I'm not able to reach her and discuss what other measures can be taken to help the excess weight gain. I've tried every thing to talk with her. She needs more training and a better way to communicate with her patients. I would not recommend anyone to her. I hope she reads these reviews and changes her way of handling people with problems and need a real doctor to help them. If she doesn't know how to improve the situation then refer them to a specialist that can, or they find a specialist themselves. I'm very disappointed in the lack of care for each patient she comes in contact with.

Horrible bedside manner. Her NPs are terrible and lack experience. But she neither cares nor does anything to address that because that would mean she would actually have to sre the patient herself without those NPs.
