Not for me
Ritu is obviously focused on what she specializes in but if you’re looking for actual care and help on solving long term gastro issues, it’s in your best interest to find someone else. She didn’t care to answer too many of my questions even though my bloodwork and previous diagnosis showed my long history of gastro specific problems and a possible liver specific issue, which is why I went to see her as that is her specialty listed online. She also cut me off several times, which felt kind of rude and a bit uncaring. I don’t know if I will go back to her because it’s important that my provider is willing to show empathy and exercise all options to help me.

Dr. Agarwal and Nurse Alma and the rest of the team were amazing. Super patient, friendly, informative, and really put my mind at ease they were also thorough with the results and it was just overall a great experience. Thank you for everything and I would highly recommend.

Dr Agarwal treated my Hepatitis C infection from 2014 thru 2019. If your lucky enough to have her as your doctor you will not be disappointed. She is completely skillful in all ares of patient care and her attention to detail is scrupulous. Thanks to Dr. Agarwal and her amazing staff (hi Maria) and team of doctor's treating Hep C at Mount Sini my heath and life has been extended many years beyond its normal shelve live for Hep C carriers. I wholeheartedly recommend Ritu Agarwal to anyone seeking top-notch medical care.
