Dr. Ritoo Jain, MD

I won't return. She was rude, condescending, and treated me like she had better things to do. I had questions about some issues and she told me to look it up on the Internet. As our appointment came to a close, I asked another question and she got up and walked out. She didn't seem knowledgeable and she was very arrogant. I would never trust her with my medical care.

Dr. Jain attitude towards (new) patient was extremely troubling from 1st visit to the last one, only 4 visits total. Made my 94 yr. old mother uncomfortable as Jain's attitude was inconvenienced and NOT interested in health issues. Although Dr. referred to other specialists, she had only once examined mom personally resulting in NOTHING to suggest or remedies. When asked if Dr. if she ever reached out to collaborate with Dr.'s in house, in state, or nationally describing nightly, painful stomach movements, Jain was insulted and defended her years of education and experience, and said that should be enough, and she did not want to hear any suggestions from me. I reminded the Dr. of progressive medical advancements and discoveries in treatments, tests, medications, remedies etc. are always on going, and even perhaps AI. Jain was very irritated and agitated and wanted NO part in any further discussions. Jain got up, said she has nothing more to offer my mom, and promptly quit as moms Dr.

I’ve been seeing Dr Jain for about 8-10 years. I have always felt that she is fully listening to my concerns as well as trying to find the best ways to treat the various issues I’ve had through the years. She is very kind and easy to talk to. Most of all, I feel she is more than capable and a highly thorough Practitioner. I have always recommended her to friends and family because I feel so strongly about the great care she has given to me. She is very highly recommended.

I saw Dr. Jain for an initial new patient appointment to establish as a patient of this office and discuss current concerns

DR. JAIN OBSERVES, LISTENS AND FINDS EVERY PROBLEM AND IS PROACTIVE IN ASSURING WELLNESS THROUGH TESTING, IMMUNIZATION, CONSULTATION AND CARE.

Went to her three times to try and give her the benefit of the doubt. She was condescending and wrong about a diagnosis. Made me and my daughter feel we were bothering her. Actually seemed impatient and annoyed. She didn't listen well either.

.Dr. Jain is an excellent physician. Excellent knowledge and keeps current. Patient care focused and takes time during annual physicals to discuss and explain.
