Dr. Rita Carabello, DO

The office staff were so polite. I waited only 10!minutes before heading to the exam room. My nurse was familiar with my file. I saw Dr Carabello 15 minutes after walking into the office. She listens well, asks pointed questions, knows my history. Highly recommend her but not sure the office can receive new patients.

This doctor is great and so is the staff at the bustleton ave Einstein one building. Every other review on here talks about her being a great dr and the staff being bad, im not sure what location they had such a bad experience but its sad to see people giving a 1 star. It reflects badly on her. I think the difference should be split. Shes great plus bad staff, equals 3 stars. At least it doesnt weigh too heavy on one side. Its only fair because you can tell she does keep up with current medicine, care for patients and has an outstanding bedside manner. Shes a pretty down lady for being a Doctor. She's intelligent enough to be good at what she does but someone who would be a fun friend to hangout with too.

Dr.Rita is a very good doctor takes the time to explain and answer your questions. The staff is very helpful

Dr. Carabello is really great. She's understanding, and knowledgeable. Her front desk staff is tough though. You can never get someone to answer, if you leave a message nobody gets back to you. Every time I've been in the office the front desk staff has friends hanging around joking around with them. It's not professional at all. I like the Dr so much that I tolerate the unprofessional staff that basically hang out with their friends all day.

Dr Carabello is an awesome dr. She listens and shows a genuine concern for her patients. Unlike other physicians she is not worried about the outrageous rules of Medicare and costs of Physical Therapy. She always finds a way to help one get better. I'm 47 and I approve her outstanding ethics.

I just had my first visit w/Dr. Carabello at her 3rd St location. Based on my first impression, she & her staff are fabulous. While I've had considerable wait times with other Dr's, I only waited 15 mins before I was led to an exam room. This practice is full service. Imagine my surprise when she ordered an ekg, ultrasound, blood work, etc & it was all done right there in the office. I was relieved & amazed that I wasn't asked to run all over to labs & the hospital for the work to be done.

Dr. Carabello is very knowledgeable about a variety of medical conditions.I trust her medical expertise,and if she's not sure of something, she'll send you to the appropriate specialist. Dr. Carabello has an excellent bedside manner as well as the rest of the office staff. As a patient,I feel well cared for and respected. I've never felt rushed or uncomfortable during my appts. Sometimes there's a little bit of a wait,but trust me, it's well worth it!

Dr. Carabello is an excellent doctor, however, it's really hard to get a hold of someone to talk to in the office. Wait time for appointments is usually about an hour. I tried calling this morning and got an answering service of an unknown operator. Those are the only type of people I seem to get, and they are very short and rude with me. I'm still sick and can't seem to get a hold of the office. Office hours are unknown. I have no idea how to leave a message with a nurse or doctor.
