Dr. Rishi Panchal, DO

Think twice before going to this Dr. for cardiac issues. I had an appointment for my annual cardiac visit which should have included ekg. I was called back to the patient room at 10:00 a.m. and the medical assistant took my blood pressure, checked all my records, and said the Dr. would be in shortly. At 11:30 no one had come in the room. I had to keep waving a motion for the lights to come back on the room. I went up to the front desk to find everyone standing around. I asked if I was going to be seen any time soon. They all looked at me with a stare of shock. I said, “I have been in the room for 1 ½ hours.” Shortly after, the medical assistant came in and said, “Your appointment was 11:15.” I said, “No, it was 10:00 and I had many calls and texts for appointment reminders and if it was for 11:15, why did you take me to the patient room at 10:00?” He walked out. The Doctor came in and said, “I apologize for the mix-up. How are your legs?” I said, “I’m here for an annual cardiac appointment.” He said, “If you need a medical clearance, I’d be happy to write you one.” I said, “How can you write me a clearance if you haven’t evaluated me? I do not need one, but, how can you do this? I am here for my annual.” He said, “Are you having chest pain or concerns? I can get you an ekg and ultrasound scheduled for another day, no one is available right now. I won’t charge you for this appointment.” Well, my insurance was charged and I just received a late notice invoice. I would think twice before you go to Panchel. He is all about vein treatment now and not so much cardiac.

Been seeing Dr. Panchal for 4 years or so. Him and his staff are excellent. His knowledge and care for patients is top notch. Referred me to a surgeon when I needed open heart surgery and has always been easy to reach when I've had questions. Definitely would recommend him and his staff.

Dr Panchal has a wonderful bedside manner unmatched with any other doctor I have ever encountered..He is extremely well versed in his Cardio knowledge and will go 'that extra mile' to get the answers he needs for his patients.His staff is very personable and professonal, treating patients very kindly. I would highly recommend anyone with Cardio issues to call and make an appointment without hesitation.

Dr. Panchal is an excellent physician. He is highly educated, well versed in all modern technologies, has a brilliant mind for troubleshooting problems and quickly finding a solution. The close knit group of specialty doctors he utilizes for referrals are equally as good. Dr. Panchal has a passion for what he does and cares deeply about his patients. He first diagnosed my husband’s bi-cuspid aortic valve with his stethoscope! Further testing discovered a rather large aortic aneurysm which led to emergency open heart surgery. Dr. Panchal guided us every step of the way with calmness, compassion and ease. Got us quickly to the outstanding surgeon who performed a valve replacement and sectioned out the aneurysm. Dr. Panchal saved my husband’s life! I highly recommend Dr. Panchal for his skill, knowledge and compassion. His office staff are wonderful as well, very knowledgeable and personable.

Saw my mother once and ordered a loop to be put in. Went to next appointment. I asked to see the report from the loop and how her heart had been doing. He couldn’t find any information. There was never any communication and he didn’t know that. He told us to talk to his receptionist who tried helping us get to the bottom of the lack of communication. During the 25 minutes we were with the receptionist, the doctor was sitting in the reception area drinking an energy drink. In the meantime, he never took an ekg, but did tell her she needed a vein study. This guy sets up expensive tests to get money but doesn’t care about helping patients. Now my mother has a loop with no one receiving any information.

I had an intermittent AFib condition. When medications were unable to control it, Dr. Panchal arranged for a Loop to be inserted to more closely monitor for the condition. Upon verifying the frequency and nature of the condition with the Loop monitoring, he referred me to an Arrhythmia specialist who performed an ablation. I am very pleased with his diligence in addressing my AFib.

Dr. Panchal is an outstanding Cardiologist. I’ve seen several over many years, and he by far the most knowledgeable and his office is state of the art. He is very personable, on point, and wants to help you feel better. The barbaric vein procedures of the past are no longer. Hector & Nikki preform virtuality painless vein procedures with expertise and skill. Dr. Panchal and his entire staff, including Jamie & Will are exceptional, professional and very friendly. They treat you like family! Highly recommend!

Dr Panchal is excellent. He always gives me the very best care. He is kind and listens.

The office is nice and not overcrowded as some are. Bottled water is available while you wait. Most times you don't have to wait very long to see the doctor. When you do see him he takes the time to talk with you and listen to your concerns. He explains what he thinks needs to be done and answers all your questions in plain English. It's a pleasant change from some medical offices where you feel like you're in a factory.

Dr Panchal is amazing! So personable and knowledgeable. And the staff is just as amazing!! Recommend him to all my family and friends!!!

Highly recommend Dr. Panchal !! He is very knowledgeable and caring. He takes his time with his patients to inform and explain everything BEFORE and AFTER procedures! It’s hard to find a good doctor who also has good bedside manner- Dr. Panchal and Maja are the best in the field!

This Dr is awesome. Dr Panchal was great helping me with an echo and exam and ended up with good news after a trauma. His bed side manner is amazing and easy to understand. If I ever need a cardio dr regularly I will see him.

I am thankful everyday that I stepped into his office. Before I met Dr Panchal I had no hope to get well but with his knowledge and expertise I am confident I will get better!

Dr Panchal,. Is a very gifted dr. He cares very much about follow up and is ahead of his time. His use of using the latest technology in his practice is phenomenal. Your are in very good hands, with him and his great staff. I can't say enough about the care and professionalism I have been shown.

Dr. Panchal has very in depth knowledge of case study and because of this he is passionate about the well being and care of his patients. He is always "fresh" thinking with his care and concern for your well being and diagnosis. He is going to find an answer to what is ailing you. He is thorough and detailed in his search and in his explanation of what is going on with you. He finds things that other doctors have ignored or gone "stale" in their thinking and in my mother's case he has finally given her answers she has been seeking concerning her health for many years. He is energetic. He has a great sense of humor. He is fast paced so you have to understand if you have to ask him to repeat for an elderly patient do so because he will slow down and reexplain whatever you need until they completely understand everything! He takes his time with you so sometimes you may have to pack your patience because when he gets to you he will give you the same care and time as you need like the pat

I am very confident it Dr Panchal’s skill set and training. Not sure what to expect as I have had a lot of issue due to a DVT in my leg for 10 years. It went better and beyond expectations! A very very simple quick pain free procedure and a diagnosis that will get me active and moving symptom free! Staff was amazing. Thank You so much Dr Panchal and staff!!
