If you're not 20 min early they won't see you.
I've been seeing this doctor for over a year. My appt takes 10 min. I arrived 3 min before my appt and was told I was late. The rude office girl said they like to call you in exactly on time. I said that they could still do that. She said it's too close she needed to ask. I waited 12 min. She still didn't know. She said the doctor is with a patient. Well, it's my appointment time so the doctor was actually running behind. She wanted me to just wait until someone decided that they could or could not see me. I have no problem waiting if he's behind but to sit and wait to find out if they will even see you is ridiculous. I got to the parking lot and received a text that I missed my appointment. I do not recommend. It's not worth the hassle.

Dr. Lynn has a great 'bedside manner' - very friendly, while being totally professional. My exams are very thorough, detecting skin cancer early, with prompt treatment.

BEST DERMATOLIGIST EVER
I have been a patient of Dr. Lynn for years and hated to, but I only switched because I literally moved to Chicago. He was always considerate, patient, informative and fast about remedies and procedures (due to sun exposure, I had numerous pre-cancerous skin conditions and removals), plus a great sense of humor and explained things fully. I have seen low ratings here; this cannot be the same doctor I have known forever. His office personnel are also kind and considerate. Please make sure you have the right Doctor!

Patient and thoughtful
We have been coming to Dr Lynn for 3 years. I have never once felt rushed, waited a long time in the waiting area or the treatment room, or been treated rudely. Myself and 2 sons come every six months and not on the same schedule so I feel like we a good gauge on service. The staff is delightful and eager to help when we have needed it. I have always felt respected and carefully looked after as a patient. My issue was melanoma so a careful checkup is needed. My boys are regular teenage skin issues with a body check because of their mom. I would highly recommend this doctor and am shocked by the bad reviews posted here. Nothing in the bad reviews has been an experience of mine.

HORRIBLE experience. Had seen the reviews before coming here and of course wanted to give this office a try. WORST choice I ever done. PLEASE read reviews and DO NOT come here. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL place. Dr lies on diagnosis and will contradict you if you dont do what he says. Drs are supposed to help you and guide you! NOT CONTRADICT and lie to your refering dr!!!! 0 stars!

I have seen Dr. Lynn for both acne and mole concerns. He’s been very attentive, kind and thorough. I have Medicaid and he honestly is the best doctor I’ve seen with this insurance coverage. I was called for an appointment, scheduled within 3 weeks and was seen on time. Staff was super friendly. Thumbs up from me

I called over 6 months ago to get an appointment and was told they had to call me back. Waited a couple of weeks- no call. I called again and was given an appointment 3 months later. Uh... OK so waited for my appointment. A week prior to my appointment I was called and told he would be "out of the office on the day of my appointment and I would have to re-schedule. The soonest I could get was 3 weeks later . All this after waiting months to get in. GOOD BYE!! Not going there I will go elsewhere

When people say he was in the room for eight minutes, I think they’re being generous. Dr. Lynn has turned into the eight second doctor. He has his staff collect all info, history, complaints, etc. walks in the room, is rude, mumbles something, walks out. But guess what? He still gets to bill insurance companies for a “doctor” visit. What a joke. I thought he was wonderful the first time I saw him. I won’t waste my time again and I suggest you don’t either. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Dr. Lynn has always done an amazing job helping my family with Dermatology so I referred my husband. Dr. Lynn didn't even bother to examine him. It turned out that my husband had a Demodex mite infestation and Dr. Lynn missed it. It's my opinion that Dr. Lynn looked at my husband, heard his complaint and decided that he was crazy. This is unacceptable.

Dr. Lynn himself is great. Friendly, courteous, and so is his supporting staff. His office support though is terrible. Getting an appointment is a nightmare and very frustrating. You get told one thing by the doctor, and another thing by the front office. Horrible.
