Very Disappointing
Do not recommend this office or the Northwest Allied Physicians. Have been with them for a while and gave this office plenty of opportunities to demonstrate what is claimed in some positive reviews, but it hasn't happened, and it is getting worse. Unwelcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in. No greeting or smile. You will probably have to greet them first. Very unprofessional, non-empathetic and insincere; the entire staff (MAs Bernice(?) and Tina, and the new receptionist). They look annoyed that anyone walked in and very expressionless. They do not answer the phone for patients in this office, do not respond in the portal, you cannot leave a message either (the excuses that it's all Northwest Allied Physicians' fault are invalid - no excuse for not answering in the portal). When you go in for a visit, they make mistakes with prescriptions, orders, etc. and you have to go back. The doctor rushes and is not thorough. Other patients say in the waiting area said the same.

Dr. Wabha lost a sample for diagnostic testing. She did not inform me, even when I send a message through the Patient Portal inquiring about the results. I had to suffer with my symptoms for weeks due to her incompetence and inability to communicate.

Poor communications
Dr. Whaba is competent but it is near impossible to communicate through the online system. They are unresponsive after repeated inquiries. Records of prior office visits are inaccurate as well

She Made Me Feel at Ease
Dr. Wahba and her assistant Alegra were both incredibly personable and professional. During our consultation I had mentioned a recent episode of my mental health and Dr. Wahba’s response was so incredibly kind and genuine, I immediately felt at ease in her presence. That interaction alone made being a new patient with her something I look forward to.

Poor medical care and communication
I was given a lab slip and told to come back in six weeks, but do not have my labs drawn till seven days before my visit. Which means I could have an abnormal labs and continue with illness for five more weeks before the doctor would even notice that my labs may be off. I was given a test with colorguard which came back positive for possible colon cancer and was never notified by the doctor. I was told that I would get a bone density test and it never happened. I’ve been waiting days for a refill of my prescriptions, but I am unable to contact anybody in the office because they make sure that you do not Have the ability to speak with anyone. The mailbox for her assistant is full so you can’t even leave a message! Other physicians that I’ve gone to in the past that hasgiven you a lab slip tells you to get those labs done and if there’s any problem with the labs, they call you immediately. I guess the renumeration isn’t sufficient enough for this physician to do that.

Undecided
I was happy with Dr. Wahba and her medical assistant in the beginning. I sent 4 messages on the portal and one voicemail for different reasons. Five weeks later, still no response from anyone there. I'm considering finding another PCP.

Excellent doctor!
Dr. Wahba was patient, efficient, and thorough. She listens attentively and explains things step by step. I really connected with her and recommended her to my fiancé. He now sees her as his primary care doctor too. We saw her when we were really sick and we look forward to seeing her for our annual checkups later this year.

I cannot recommend this provider. I waited four hours for a Telehealth appointment that never happened (I called several times to check and they said I was "still on the schedule"). When I went to the office later, the doctor spent 10 minutes with me and tried to prescribe two different medications without asking me about my health history or lifestyle (I'm generally healthy). I also found her condescending and rude. Finally, the notes in my file for the visit seem to refer to a different patient because they don't correspond to what we discussed in the office at all; the diagnoses seem completely random.

I had an awful experience with Dr. Wahba. She was very condescending and disrespectful, on top of being frequently “out of the office” and cancelling appointments the day of. I would not recommend her to any friends or family.
