Negative stars if possible
Dr. Chatewell did not read the notes sent over by my doctor. When during the office visit I had to point out key factors of the notes, the history and dates tht the notes were taken, he became embarrassed and his ego took over. He said he disagrees with my diagnosis, with another doctor, and refused to prescibe my life saving medications. Terrible experience.

Yesterday I showed up early for my appointment and I was turned away because I had not completed my paperwork before my appointment. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. What kind of medical care is this office practicing, refusing to see a patient?!

Dr Chatwell apparently did not like the way I was factfully giving information about my past medical troubles and told me basically he did not want to be my doc. All I really said was I did not want to be on steriods because I was obese and trying to lose weight to better my life. He made me cry. Lets see if they post this! Front office ladies a true blessing and sweet!!!

I went in for a consult after receiving positive test results from my PCP. He was noticeably agitated. After he told me he thought the test results were an error, he did not have good bedside manner. Offer limited insights/options. Of course, I started crying. I told him I just wanted help, even therapy, for my pain. He wouldn't even offer me tissues. His female staff assistant mocked me while I was noticeably upset leaving. I think that bothered me the most. I waited 2mos+ for my appointment.

I met with Dr. Rick Chatwell for severe arthritis in my thumbs and severe bunions on my feet. Dr. Chatwell told me that nothing could be done for the arthritis in my hands except take pain relievers. For my feet, he told me to get orthotics. He did not refer me to any other physicians for these issues. I later found out that there were surgeries that could be done on my hands and feet. Dr. Tennity corrected my bunions; Dr. Machado replaced my thumb joints with implants, with excellent results.
