I'll keep this to bullet points and facts to avoid embellishment. 1. After my initial meeting with her, they were to speak to my previous providers and call me back. They didn't. I waited through the holidays. 2. I called and left a message for Dr. Porapaiboon asking why I had not yet been contacted. She did not call back. 3. I called and scheduled an appointment without being able to confirm if they had gotten the information. I paid $150 cash for a full session. Five minutes into the second
