Thorough and fully addressed my health issues as well as following up with the other doctors involved with my treatment. She listened and spent the time with me to answer all my questions and even trained me on the exercises and measures I needed to take to heal faster…She even remembered she had treated me over 8 years ago and took the time to thoroughly review my history…Definitely one of the best doctors I have been treated by!!

My annual examination went very well. First of all, I was called in before my scheduled appoint time. The nurse reviewed my medications, took my vitals (BP/weight), asked questions about my general health, asked about any falls, changes to meds or allergies, etc. Dr. Schiro came in shortly thereafter. After a brief “social visit”, she went right to work. She reviewed my recent lab tests (everything normal), weight (no changes), vaccination record, etc. Dr. Schiro then did a very thorough physical exam – lungs, throat, heart, carotids, swelling in extremities (none), abdomen sounds, etc. She addressed my concerns about an abnormal smell (ordered a COVID antibody test – which she drew blood right there in the office and came back negative the next day) and ringing in my ears (referred me to an audiologist). Dr. Schiro has been my PCP form many years. She is very professional yet also very friendly. I am no longer pre-diabetic or have high BP. I LOVE DR SCHIRO!

This physician's office confirmed my appointment and accepted my insurance I.D. The office also sent a letter of reminder for my appointment. When I arrived, I was asked to show I.D. and my Insurance Card. I was declined service as I was then advised "the doctor is no longer accepting Medicaid patients". This is a very poor way of profiling people and taking advantage of a system that was set up to help people with medical needs.

I would absolutely recommend Dr Schiro to everyone I know. She spent almost an hour with me going over every detail of my physical health status. I think she actually cares about her patients and I am no longer afraid to go to the doctor. I have always had an aversion to doctor offices. I think those days are over.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Schiro. She is caring and compassionate. She spends time with you and addresses every concern.

Dr Schiro actually takes the time to read your medical history and evaluates and diagnoses you based on her exam, test results and your medical history. She is a hands on medical professional and our family doctor.
