Terrible attitude. Treats staff like servants and has no bedside manner. He appears to be disdainful of everyone. He was a followup person so sincerely hope his surgery skills are superior to his ability to interact with others.

No bedside manner and no professionalism at all. I have dry eye issues and visited this doctor. The only thing he did was to confirm my issue and tell me there was no treatment for it and it would only get worse as I age, which means he made me more worried without telling me how to deal with it. He did ask me if I wore contacts, but not until I myself checked online afterwards did I find out that actually it's better for dry eyes not to wear contacts. In the end, he gave me a sample eye drop even though I told him that I already had it at home.... He was impatient when I asked him questions, and it seemed that the only thing he wanted was for me to leave even though I had been waiting for him for so long in the exam room. I have to check online about what daily routine I should do to improve this issue. Too bad the suggestions were not given during the visit.

Totally lacking in bedside manner. On a visit to check cause of my retinal flashes, did not introduce himself. Examined mostly without speaking except issuing commands. Explained my situation briefly and acted irritated when I asked questions. I left feeling poorly informed and will not return.

Waited for 2 hrs...Dr seemed disinterested...techs were excellent...office mgr and front desk came across as having an attitude, were not friendly at all...waiting room blasting the View with Joy bashing our country and president...try HGTV instead...front office staff accosted us on the way out to make sure they collect the $60 refraction fee...

After waiting for over 30 mins to see him in the exam room, he only spent 10 mins with me. Half of these mins he spent looking at paperwork and writing things down. I understand that he was probably very busy that day, but he had no empathy for how long I waited to see him. He was in such a rush to leave me that he seemed impatient when I said I had more questions. Overall, I didn't get anything out of this visit because he just told me to see someone else. I'm very disappointed in him.
