He had horrible bedside manners. I was extremely ill and he shouted back at me when I asked a question. Extremely cold and not caring.

Terrible bedside manner. Asked about a cold sensation in my left eye. He blew it off as sinus problems. Have had sinus problems all of my life (i'm 66 ) never had this happen. Didn't show concern. Would not go back to him. Looking for a different physician.

The doctor himself is great. The office is horrible - no one answers the phone, no voicemail, no email, no customer service, no personal service whatsoever. Despite how good the doctor is - and I like him a lot - if a patient can't get through then where's the benefit?

Dr. Whittington is a great doctor, he cares about the well being of his patients, and always listens to what I am saying. He makes me feel like I am in good hands, and even with chronic medical problems he has kept me healthy. I highly recommend him.

We never have to wait a long time for our appointments with Dr. Whittington. He listens to what we have to say and responds in people terms. His staff is extremely nice and helpful. I order all my prescriptions refills online and they are always ready the same day.

Terrible front desk staff: Trying to get a prescription refill is worse than amputating your own leg, except Dr. Whittington's staff makes you wait longer. I'm getting a new doctor because of their poor treatment, not because I'm not happy with Dr. Whittington (I've been with him for over a decade), but because of his abominable office staff.
