Staff quick decisions about health issues that impacted my life. They are very unprofessional and did not communicate proper procedure. Office was unclean and office staff very short and very unhappy about being at work.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. He misdiagnosed me, meaning he didn't properly examine me AT ALL. I had to follow up with another physician's office where they confirmed I had strep, laryngitis and an ear infection. If you value your health and well being, I strongly suggest you seek medical help elsewhere.
