Dr. Richard Walsh, MD

This office staff is very RUDE. The front desk staff has no business working in the public. They don't care about the patient they just want the money up front. A follow up appointment they called to reschedule, which we agreed to then sat in office past the time the original appointment was. They never commented or apologized for the delay. We ended up leaving. The actual Dr. Walsh did not listen to our concerns after we explained to him that we had already did all his suggestions. We had to find another doctor, which we received excellent services from the first visit and received the medication that was needed. No over billing wanting to get that extra visit in for additional income in the doctors pocket.

Had an appointment to get a couple of spots checked out. Everything was explained in detail about what I had and treatment. Felt like the Dr listened to my concerns.

Outstanding Doctor !!! I have been treated by Dr Walsh for over 2 decades, very through skin exam and excelent explaination of his diagnosis and recommended treatment options. All clinical care and treatments are only provided by a Medical Doctor who is also a Board Certified Dermatologist.

I was on time for my appointment this afternoon, filled out paperwork waited an hour, was in the exam room when the nurse came in and said that the doctor would not see me. My photo ID had my current name and address, however, my medicare card and secondary insurance was in my married name. Have been to many doctors both here and in Kansas city, and there has never been a problem with billing for services. Have never been treated so badly by any medical doctor.
