Horrible Awful Privileged Customer Service Office
So, I called the office, pursuant to another Doctor referring me for an appointment. What happened next, is still unbelievable. I called to make the appointment. The woman who answered the phone obviously did not want me to see the Doctor. When I questioned why I could not make an appointment, she screamed, “find yourself another infectious disease doctor”. No problem. But I will write to Dr Tepper and Temple to let them know about this experience. I will also use social media to expose this type of malfeasance.

I saw him at St. Mary's and he diagnosed something that a few other people completely missed. He was patient and willing to discuss and answer questions. When I tried to call him he wasn't able to answer but quickly returned the call. I am currently recommending him to family. I did not schedule an appt or visit his office.
