I was seen today by Dr. Swails for an ingrown toenail. I was very impressed with the office staff as well as with Dr. Swails himself. He discussed options with me and thoroughly explained the procedure. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I was very impressed with the friendly and helpful office staff working with Dr. Swails. This was my first visit to address an ingrown toenail issue. Dr. Swails explained two possible therapies but left it up to me to choose. I chose to have the nail repaired. He was thorough and patient, explaining everything he was doing and why. He did an excellent job of explaining the process for after-surgery healing. I look forward to our follow-up visit. I would heartily recommend this practice to anyone needing the care and services of a professional podiatrist.

Would that all doctors listen and explain as well as he. No upsell; in fact, the opposite. He offered me a little fabric toe "splint"-type thing and said that these were available in drug stores and also online. I chose to buy it there. I also received a "handout" on my condition. Highly recommend; you won't be disappointed. mb

My husband was recommended to Dr. Swails, by his Endocrinologist doctor. Observing Dr. Swails work, he is gentle and has a very kind, sweet personality. One I knew my own mother would like. My mother is very pleased and will be going back. I would be going to him, if I was in need of a foot doctor. I am recommending him to all my friends and family.
