Great office staff. Good communication between dr. and office staff. Dr is very experienced with psoriatic arthritis , humble and kind.

Dr. Sperling cares about his patients, however, the front desk receptionists could use a class in customer service. They’re extremely rude and don’t follow HIPAA policies. Loudly discussing patient issues so everyone in the waiting room can overhear. When I asked how long the wait would be, they answered me by saying: I don’t know what kind of problems the other patients are having.” Never answering my question and this was after waiting over 1 1/2 hours to see the doctor.

Dr. Sperling has treated me for fibromyalgia for 28 years and for arthritis in my knees for at least the past 15 years. He really cares about his patients, he's kind, he listens to you, and he's got a great sense of humor. He somtimes runs late with appointments, but that is because he gives each patient a lot of personal attention. He is also a magician when it comes to giving steroid shots - they barely hurt! I would highly recommend him to anyone suffering from arthritis or fibromyalgia

The secretary answering is VERY rude! She dictates who is worthy of seeing the dr and who doesnt! She was bold in her questioning my symptoms and asked questions only a Dr should ask. I hung up with her during our chat and wouldnt reccomend visiting this office!

Cares about his patients! I have been seeing him for just about a year now and he has done wonderful things for my condition and goes out of his way to fight the insurance company for what he feels is right. Wouldn't trade him for the world! I am so grateful to him and all his staff????
