Dr. Richard Saunders, DO

Everything said in the comment above is spot on about this Dr. He was a complete heel, didn't listen to a thing I said. I told him about previous diagnosis and even had Bloodwork results on my phone to show him, that were concerning and he could care less. As I'm telling him about my symptoms, he argued with me about how I was feeling. In the end he diagnosed me with what I had already told him I had. The symptoms weren't helped he literally did the least amount of caring he could. It was an unbelievable amt of time and money wasted. I ended up in my Dr's office first thing next morning and she sent me to Banner ER where they actually helped and discovered what was really wrong. I will never go back to Westgate Dignity. If I could taste this Dr and Dignity a zero, I would.

Dr Saunders was the worst imaginable Dr. I have ever had treat me. He was extremely rude, didn't listen to anythingi had to say about my condition and treated me like I was a burden if his time. I have ulcerative colitis and I have episodes where I bleed purfusely and have a lot of abdominal pain. So when my doctor office is closed I go to the emergency room. Dr Saunders told me directly that the emergency room isn't the place for this to be treated and basically did nothing for me.
