He ignored a tumor in my child’s leg after discovering it and documenting its existence. She complained of pain for three years while blamed her weight, sent her to physical therapy and prescribed NSAIDs. She developed ulcers and can no longer take NSAIDs. And that tumor grew so large that it broke her femur, the strongest bone in her body. Then he did her surgery and forgot to put in orders to admit her after. She was in recovery for hours and her block wore off before they moved her. She felt everything. It was traumatic. A year later we found out he installed the hardware in her femur incorrectly!! It was causing even more pain and we had to have that hardware removed just three months ago. He also ignored my other child’s scoliosis that’s now so severe she’s in a day/night brace 23hrs a day. We have medical PTSD from trusting this man. Steer clear from Richard Reynolds.
