Dr. Richard Reilly, DO

Dr. Reilly was very thorough and explained every thing in laymen's term so that it was easily understood. He spent more time we me than any other primary doctors I ever been to.

Dr. Reilly was wonderful!!! He is a very compassionate and caring doctor!!

I met Dr Reily years ago when he took care of my former husband who was a patient of his. He was kind, understanding, and compassionate and took the time to listen. I never forgot that 12 yrs as Im back living in Illinois. I wish more doctors were around here like him... He is a gem!!!Arizona is soo blessed to have him!!!

Dr. Riley was refreshingly down to earth. He actually listened to me about my symptoms. I'm actually feeling better with my allergies than I ever have! I would highly recommend this kind, intelligent man to everyone.

This was my first Tucson GP appointment after moving here almost 3 years ago. At closer clinics to my home, I had been given appointments 6 months only to be disappointed when the prospective doctor moved on and was pushed out another 6 months. I called every week to get in sooner due to cancellation to no avail. I finally found Dr. Reilly, whose clinic is 14 miles from my home. After this -- my first visit -- I am hooked.In a professional but down-home manner, Dr. Reilly went through all the steps necessary to satisfy the rules for Medicare wellness exams. He asked pertinent questions about my and my family's history while sharing some of his own family experiences. I came away with a concise and clear summary of his recommendations and two referrals for specialists. Dr. Reilly made sure these referrals were competent physicians that were convenient to my home. The wait was short (early A.M. appt.)The nurse gave me a painless pneumonia shot.And did I say he was most personable?

He treats his patients with courtesy and interest. We aren't just a number with him. He's wise and congenial. I liked him back in the 1990s, then lost him when he relocated and am glad to have found him in a location I can travel to.

My initial appointment with Reilly went fine. He seemed to be helpful. It all went south after he wrote for my meds. He wrote one med with the wrong dose. He said he was going to write for 3 refills but only wrote for 3 on one med; the others he wrote no refills. He wrote for a med for weight loss when it should have been for diabetes-now my insurance will not pay for it. He didn't renew my diabetes med and refuses to respond to the pharmacy request to renew the order. I have written to his office three times, but they have refused to contact me. I have called twice and left a message with his office but they never called back. Between the med errors and the total lack of customer service coupled with his incompetence. This was the worst doctor experience I have ever had. DO NOT GO HERE if you value your health. Update: His med tech contacted me two weeks later and basically called me a liar and still didn't correct the medication errors. I have since found a new doctor that is great.

I've been a patient of Dr. Reilly for many years. He really listens well to patient concerns and offers helpful suggestions for various problems. You can tell he didn't become a doctor solely for the money, empathy definitely comes through as he genuinely cares about people, and he doesn't rush a person in and out in 5 minutes. Dr. Reilly has definitely helped me to deal with and sometimes overcome various health challenges. He is one of the best doctors I've experienced in my lifetime. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Rielly has been our family Dr for 20 yrs he’s been such a great Dr to my 3 kids and my self.. we totally recommend him he treats you like family he makes you laugh even when your sick and my daughter got a very bad case of hives after I gave her Penicillin she was rushed to Hospital because it got very bad 20 different Drs there had never seen such a case on bad hives they only controlled it but didn’t take it away when Dr Rielly Got to her he gave her a shot of something that made all of it disappear we were in shock because no other Dr there figured it out Dr Rielly is our family Hero we live so far from him we drive almost an hour to go see him but we will drive 2 just to get treated by him .. when he left the old clinic we were so sad bcuz we couldn’t find him now that we did we will follow Dr Rielly we’re ever he goes .. he’s very happy and gives you good vibes he’s the Best I wouldn’t change him for no one alse and we’re ever he goes we will follow him .. we love Dr Rielly

I was looking for a PCP. Researched and chose Dr. Reilly. He did not disappoint. BUT and since 1. Had an appt. Sick visit, office cancelled it without any explanation 2. Lab failed to run bloodwork because the RX was on page 2, I guess no one looked past page 1 3. Was advised to have an X-ray evaluated, called the office but the phones were having system issues so I booked an appt online. Arrived for my appt only to be told I didn't have one. (Website issue?) I don't drive so 2 wasted Uber rides. Just sayin'

I have been a patient of Dr. Reilly for about 4 years and will never see another primary care Dr. while I live in Az. He is by far the best Dr. I have ever had in my lifetime. I am so very grateful to him for the excellent care he has given me.

Dr. Reilly has been my doctor for over 10 years. Now I cant find him. Does anyone know where he is?

I had just started seeing Dr. Reilly in 2021. In just the one visit I knew he was an amazing provider who cared about his patients. He was able to help me as well as my partner in one visit vs 3 years with someone previous. I had been searching and glad to have found him again but have now been informed that he will not be going where I though. I will continue my search as Dr. Riely is the real deal when it comes to being an amazing provider.

Dr. Reilly has been my doctor for years. I am extremely thankful I will be able to see him again soon.

Dr Reilly you have worked with my handicapped brother for years and finding a new doctor is a really chaotic. I am picky plus not a lot of doctors are taking on new patients...glad to have found you once again...thanks for coming back...

Dr. Reilly is the best Doctor I have ever met. He’s an amazing doctor and cares about his patients. When he returns, I will be in line to see him.

Dr. Reilly was my PCP for about eighteen years and has always been great- He has been missed this past year- and I am very excited to find out that he will be seeing patients again soon :)
