Dr. Richard Raad, DDS

Once Dr Raad took over the office from Dr Badalamenti, the staff became rude and unempathetic. I expressed to them that I changed insurance providers and was in limbo until new plan insurance started, they did not want to see because according them "I did not have insurance". I started well, I have insurance, my employer is taking money out of my paycheck for it, the plan isn't effective until xyz date. I was upset because I have been a patient of record for years. Finally they did see me after going back and forth. Another thing was I had broken a bone and couldn't make an appointment. I mentioned to this Dr Raad about it, cuz I had surgery. He was being nosey and asking questions about how I broke a bone, giving me a lecture about life choices. I already have one doctor, I don't need a dentist tell me what to do about a sports related injury.
