Good doctor but horrible team. The office personnel left for lunch and did not notify Dr. Ornelas that I was still in the waiting room. 95 minutes after I arrived, I decided to poke my head in and another lady in the back saw me, did not offer any apologies and just said she did not know I was there. Dr. Ornelas then spent a total of 3 minutes with me before sending me on my ways. Not sure if I will return to this practice again.
