Best doctor
I have known Dr Miller for many years he has done many surgerys on me if I could talk him to come back to Nashville to do another surgery I would. I don't trust the Dr's here now that my favorite Dr left me. I hope he reads this message.

If I could have Dr. Miller for ALL my necessary physicians I would be one lucky person. He performed a hernia surgery on me and it was my third. The first.two were done by another surgeon and neither lasted even a year. Dr. Miller did a different procedure and it has held beautifully and felt extremely secure for two plus years. He is a warm, caring physician and takes time with his patients. If you list the characteristics you would like to see in your physician, he checks every box. I actually miss getting to see him. He is amazing!!

I was smashed against a wall by a car which broke EVERY RIB on my left side! This amazing doctor not only had the brave heart to save me, but he even recruited others to help him! He is a true angel sent from GOD! Since his time helping me through this the last six years he has been so kind and caring! I may have 9 titanium ribs, but I’m alive and wouldn’t have seen 22 without you Dr. Miller! I adore you! Thank you!

Dr. Miller saved my father's life. This is a Dr. that took on a case that other's would or could not. He was very compassionate to my father as well as our entire family. He saw my dad's will to live and made sure he had a fighting chance...There is no doubt that the times that Dr. Miller intervened and took charge of his care as to why my dad is still here with us today and living his life as best he can. He took on his case personally...was innovative in his care and earned our trust.

Dr. Miller is the kind of doctor you might see in a movie: complete dedication, gutsy, skillful, and yet caring and compassionate--a good communicator. I wish everyone who needs a scary surgery could have a doctor like Dr. Miller. His team at Vanderbilt is excellent, too.
