Great Dr, Poor Wait Time
The doctor's time spent interacting with patient, analysis of patient symptoms, and referral to other specialists that can tend to patient's illness. The 2 hour plus wait time is atrocious, and clearly needs improvement. The wait time, though, did not take away from the attentiveness and professionalism of the doctor.

A doctors doctor
I am a physician and I can you that this doctor is one of the BEST. People will go to get food and wait for Uber eats or sit in a spot to get “the best meal”. They think that a doctor has to rush to see them. If you want fast. Go to McDonald’s. If you want proper care. This is the person to see. You decide I know I did.

Dr. McLean is very thorough. I have been a patient for many years and would choose no other doctor. Both Dr. Richard and Dr. Michael are very professional and an expert in their field. I therefore have no hesitation recommending them to anyone requiring their services. The wait time has significantly improved so that helps a great deal.

I don’t care what other people say or think, Dr. Richard and Dr Michael they are very very good DOCTORS they are very care about patients. They are treating everyone as they on family member, not as a patient, they are make you open with them, you have insurance or not you receive same treatment, you speak English or not same treatment. They take time with you, compared your last visit to see what change or need to be done. If you love your health, you need a very good Doctor you must see DOCTOR Mcclean

No I would not want my family members upset with me. You must pack a lunch for your appointment because the wait time is ridiculously longggg. Many of the patients have early morning appointments, same here. We may sign in between 9am-10 am but won't be seen by the doctor(McLean)until about 2pm. That's the time he reaches the office. You must have patience to be a patient here. Good luck new patients!!

Doctor is great, but I don’t have three hours to sit and wait for a routine prescription refill. No results to review, just a refill. The wait times are ridiculous and the staff are unprofessional. Dr McLean is a great doctor but needs to train the staff properly or replace them all with people that know what they are doing.

My mother has been hospitalized 3 times in the passed 4 weeks and must see the Nephrologist STAT. The referral coordinator at Dr. McLean's office tells me that it will take 2 weeks to receive a referral. That I know for a FACT is a lie because I work at a DR office and the referrals are immediate. She just has to log on to the insurance portal (which all office that accept that insurance must have access to) and it give you an authorization right away!! Max time 10 mins!! My mother's life is at stake the longer she has to wait to get the help she needs. I attempted to call again to speak to the office manager and someone by the name of CECILE answered. She told me that the OM was not there, I asked if there was someone else that could help me, she proceeded to tell me that she was the only one there and that she was "TOO BUSY" to help me. I was APPALLED!! I could not believe that she told me that!! I guess my mother's issues weren't so important to her. I am DISGUSTED!

I have been seeing Dr Mclean for over 16 years. A very thorough doctor who spends time evaluating his patients and will try his very best at all times from placing you on daily medications if it can be any way avoided.

While the practice of medicine is good and the doctor is personable. It is rude and unconscionable for the doctor to have patients waiting for THREE (3) HOURS. Appointments are routinely booked for times the doctor is not in office resulting in a pile of patients waiting for hours before the doctor shows up. Operation feels like that of a walk in clinic.
