Dr. Richard Kyle Milian, MD

I came for my annual physical. The first one, he did not even bother to 'touch' me. No physical examination at all. He was just behind the computer and typing something. I have given him another chance; I came for another annual wellness visit after a year. It's the same thing. He was just behind the computer monitor and I was sitting on a chair in front of him. No physical examination at all. What was the purpose of me being in his clinic in person physically if he is not even going to touch the tip of my finger. I should have done a tele consult, I could have saved gas, time and the environment. I am changing PCP.

I like Dr. Milian and he is easy to discuss medical concerns with.

Richard took all of my information and listened to all of my concerns. He came up with a game plan and we are moving forward with it. I'd recommend Richard to anyone I know in the area that is looking for a new PCP.

We have used Dr Millan for quite some time. He was always very personable and was able to meet our needs as a PC physician. My last visit to see him, I had been in the hospital with several issues and he checked my blood pressure reading ...didn't review any of my other issues, stood by the door the entire time, said keep an eye on your blood pressure, and he left. We are changing our PC. finding someone who is willing to spend the time.

This doctor is the least engaged I have ever seen a doctor. If you need a prescription he will work for that. That's about all and you may even have to spur him on to review your bload work
