Nasty Staff
I had been going to Dr. Klein for over 15 years and needed a script for a mamo. When I called, they refused to give me the script because he was retired and the Nurse Practitioner had not met me. I had to cancel my mamo appointment until I figured out what to do about a new doctor. The nurse who returned my call was so RUDE and hung up on me. Snippy, rude and didn't want to help at all.

Unprofessional Dr and office
Went for a routine physical. Received chest x-ray and multiple tests which I was told were routine. Dr Klein spent 5 minutes with me and did not perform the usual exam. I felt rushed and now believe the x-ray and other tests were given so they could bill my insurance company.

Most unprofessional doctors office I have ever dealt with. They never call to tell you any results of tests and they send copay bills months and months after you have had the test. As a new patient, I find this office most unprofessional and a very uncaring doctor.

Dr. Klein has cut his practice to four hours a day. If you are not an early riser-you are out of luck. He, at one time, was the best. However, his staff (particularly) the girl who answers his telephone is RUDE!

Waited long time in waiting room & exam room with door shut & forgotten. Presented with symptoms of Lyme Disease. No exam, told no need to draw blood. Prescribed wrong meds. Saw me very briefly. Thought I had cough & or flu. Had neither. Didn’t have a clue about my condition. Said to come back in 4 weeks. That evening, saw huge red rash on my back after feeling soreness at bite site. Sent him photo. Was told to stop meds by his nurse when I didn’t receive my request for call back & called.
