Dear Dr Kiovsky: My name is Frank Loffa, I visited you office in Aurora, CO, February, 1983. During a routine physical, you discovered that I had borderline hypertension, I was a young guy working too hard and you challenged me, fortunately I responded and have been working out regularly ever since! To be honest I will never forget the way you looked at me while checking my BP, it honestly scared me and I will never forget that experience. While running or biking or lifting weights, I often think of that life changing experience and your outstanding counsel. Four weeks after our first visit, I had a follow up with you and I was running everyday and had lost weight with improved BP, you motivated me to continue on that path.
