Dr. Richard Kennedy, MD

Dr. Kennedy has been our physician for many years close to 20. He knows our history and has helped me so many ways when others couldn’t highly recommend him and his staff.

Great staff and very good at explaining everything to you

The office staff and Nurse Practitioner were not interested in answering questions. They asked plenty of their own questions but did not respond to patient questions. I was told there is no way to address Dr. Kennedy except through the office staff. I showed up for two appointments on time with the proper paperwork as instructed. I asked for an appointment for a physical exam. The first appointment turned out to be a check of paperwork with little to no examination and/or queries as to my health. Turns out the second appointment was cancelled by office staff BUT I was not informed resulting in a loss of over an hour of my time. I was sent a reminder text for the second appointment 48 hours before and was confident that all was well. Unfortunately, after 15 minutes of office staff head scratching and waiting I was told that an office manager had arbitrarily canceled my appointment but had not taken the time to let me know. The whole experience was unsettling and I cannot recommend.

Incompetent. Second guesses my specialist and undermines my treatment. Incompetent, lazy staff. Won’t prescribe necessary prescriptions. Holds prescriptions hostage to force extra visits to extract more $$ from me and my insurance. Has not helped my health at all.

Horrible Dr, very lazy, have to see nurse practitioner. Shows patients no respect and is always in a rush. Staff is incompetent, sent my meds to wrong pharmacy and had to call 4 times to get them to send in my gabapentin I take for fibromyalgia and neuropathy and then said he wouldn’t prescribe it anymore and wanted to send me to a pain management clinic, like I can pay for another Dr., husband found a new doc 2 months ago and I am doing the same. My dog’s vet is better than this group.

Dr Kennedy has been our family doctor for over 15 years. He is an outstanding doctor and I would recommend him highly.

He has been my physician for several years. He has a great personality and listens to his patients.

Worst Dr I have ever seen. Forces patients to come in every 3 months whether they need to or not. Will not renew prescription if patient does not come in every 3 months. Insurance requires once yearly. He is self centered and never treats patients with respect and is always negative.

I had an emergency for refill after my Mom had a 2 week stay in a nursing home. She was prescribed anew medicine after her stroke and I could not get her in to a pcp in time to discuss the new med. I called to get an extended refill and Maxine, the receptionist was so helpful and caring and resolved my situation promptly. I will consider this doctor in the future.

I have had 3 serious medical situations that he provided great care for me. He knows my history very well. I have been with him for many years and have no intention of going elsewhere.
