Worst care I've ever received
Everyone at the office was nice, Dr. Jones however was a different story. I was trying to explain to Dr. Jones that I have been stuck in a feedback loop of the medical system for quite some time and that I have grown weary of the same 'treat the current symptom' methodology and need more. Meaning I need to know what is causing these constant orthopedic issues. He told me in very clear terms that I could accept his treatment or 'get out'. A patient should NEVER be treated like this by a doctor.

Pain pain pain
I had a bad shoulder before seeing Dr Jones..I thought he could help me but he made it worse..The pain has never stopped since the full shoulder replacement..His reply to me was “Take 3 Advils”. I thought the shoulder replacement was to take care of the pain. Think before seeing this doctor. He just might make it worse.

Dr. Jones has done replacements of both of my shoulders and one of my husbands. He is kind, caring, doesn't jump to surgery and thorough in his explanations. He never rushes you and always says " call if you need me". His PA and Rebecca are the greatest too. I'm in my 70's and my shoulders feel like they're 40 again! My husband is golfing again. Dr. Jones is the best there is for shoulder issues.

Dr. Jones, scheduler Becca Rathbone and the rest of his staff are professional, thorough, and pleasant. Dr. Jones’ shoulder repairs are unrivaled in the greater Asheville are and his multiple office location in Asheville, Arden, and Hendersonville make him easily accessible. I couldn’t be more grateful for his treatment of a severely damaged shoulder. I would highly recommend him to people of all ages!!

I have been going to Dr. Jones for at least 18 years and he has been very attentive. He does not jump to do surgery. I have done a lot of physical therapy for my knee which had been surgically done poorly by another surgeon. I definitely recommend him to family and friends.

I saw Dr. Jones for a shoulder injury. He seemed smug and incompassionate during the office visit. I should've left then. He recommended surgery and told me it was a relatively routine fix. Not only was the surgery unsuccessful, the shoulder is now WORSE than it was prior to surgery.
