Poorly treated
Dr.Jolly told me that the head of my transplant Clinic had instructed him to take me off of the cornerstone immuno suppressant tactolimus. He had never contacted them or received instructions of any kind. I then began to reject my kidney/pancreas and left me very vulnerable to losing both transplants. You be the judge but I will never allow him to treat me again.

Office staff is horrible
The office staff has changed all the way around and these employees do barely anything to keep the office duties running. While I was trying to get them to refill in inhaler (NEEDED FOR BREATHING). It's like pulling teeth for them to renew a prescription. Their actions or lack of actions caused me to have a panic attack and instead of consoling me, I was smirked at and made to feel like I was some ridiculous crazy woman!

I had a terrible experience at this Office. I was on medication Lexipro and doing fine. I was out of tablets and planning a trip to Las Vegas. I called the receptionist and she said she would only give me 4 pills until I returned (I decline to get them when I returned). I asked her if there would be any withdrawal and she said no (is she a doctor??). I returned from vegas after 5 days and could barely walk due to dizziness. I had headaches and was disoriented. Got into my car and crossed over the centerline nearly causing an accident. I couldn't get out of bed for the next 3 days sleeping almost 16 hrs a day. She left a message saying due to my missing my appt. I would need to call and have it rescheduled. There was no compassion or even a thought about when telling her I nearly caused an accident. This place is dangerous. Be forewarned and be careful. Also, I never had a Dr. even call me after a physical I took last year. still don't know if anything was wrong.

I know Dr. Jolly from way way back. He was our family doctor for many years. But today he really disappointed me. I wanted a doctors note to get tested for the coronavirus. I was refused because I was missing one symptom of this terrible virus that’s becoming a pandemic. I have real fears of infecting my loved ones Dr. a test would have either eased my mind, or made me take further precautions. I’m turning 65 in May. No insurance til then. You’ve let me down. It was a simple request, and you couldn’t even do that for me.

He is a great doctor but booking an appointment or getting your medications re done, forget it!!! No one returns calls in his office, King Soopers has tried for a whole week and nothing! I can't get them refilled. I just called again this morning and have not gotten a call back at all and don't think that I will. SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO AS I AM OUT OF MEDS! Sandy Barnes

Dr. Jolly is a very knowledgeable doctor. I've been a patient of his for about 5 years now. He seems very common sense and doesn't seem to attempt to push a person into a slot of care level. I feel he could be more thorough on regular annual care coverage. His office personnel and procedures in the office are sadly in need of a major improvement though. Attempting to keep my very few prescriptions ready and available for refilling... is a real nightmare.

I have known Dr. Jolly for 30 years now. He delivered five of my six babies. Even when we lived FAR away from his practice, we would drive all the way down to make sure he was the one taking care of us and the one to deliver our babies. Even though he was out of our network, we would pay the cost difference to make sure he was our doctor. Needless to say, we LOVE Dr. Jolly! He is warm, friendly, funny, and he really cares about you. We were not just a patient, he made us feel like family.
